Mark Nasmith Leader in Disaster Preparedness and Response

Meet Our Founder An Experienced Emergency Management Professional and Expert in Disaster Preparedness and Response

Meet our founder, a former Royal Canadian Air Force officer who served his country for 30 years. During his 17 years of flying duties, he spent over 700 days living and flying on Royal Canadian Navy warships. His success and survival were due to his unwavering vigilance, attention to detail, risk management, and ability to remain calm under duress.

As a senior officer, he was responsible for operational and contingency planning and served twice overseas in major operations including APOLLO and ACTIVE ENDEAVOUR in conflict zones. He possesses valuable skills in report writing, communication, cooperation, and prioritization, but his greatest strength is leadership. He excels at operational and contingency planning, real-world crisis management, complex problem-solving, and goal-oriented, time-sensitive tasks.

Now retired from the military, he found that emergency management was a natural fit for him. Leveraging 30 years of experience in continual learning and performance under real-world conditions, he is on a mission to help protect small and medium-sized businesses, organizations, and associations. He has proven himself effective in true emergency and crisis situations and is committed to utilizing his unique skills and experience to provide his clients with top-notch service.

We are proud to have him as our founder, and we know that he will bring the same level of dedication and excellence to his work with you.
